So as most of you know, We love love love Thai food, especially their dessert! I decided to make sweet rice and mango, and it turned out AWESOME! It was like we were actually eating it from Thai kitchen (our favorite Thai place in Utah). If anyone wants some or the recipe I am happy to share the awesomeness!
Mangos have been on sale for $0.33 at Safeway lately, so we've been having this dessert like crazy! Infact we're having it again tonight! Bo picked up a 25lb bag of sweet rice at the asian store where my parents live, so we're well stocked. :) I usually make a big portion, because I think it's a delicious breakfast too!
